GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
To be assigned to our company, which provides component supply and OEM products suitable for LED Lighting and smart building/city concept,
• Electrical and Electronics Engineering graduate,
• At least 5 years of experience in R&D and project management,
• To be able to follow national and international literature,
• Good command of English language,
• Having leadership qualities.
TASK DESCRIPTION
• Experienced in process analysis, development, modeling, improvement and workflows required for R&D,
• Coordinate the team for the execution of existing or new projects,
• To follow and adapt national and international innovations,
• To follow the incentive mechanisms, to create appropriate incentive projects, to follow up and report the applications,
• To follow the process by preparing new project applications,
• Make and follow up the necessary plans for the continuous development of the team,
• We are looking for a teammate who will ensure continuity by following all their works according to the principles of quality management.
